Before mounting your speaker, plug in the wire harness kit provided in the "kit". If you did not purchase the kit, you will have to cut your factory wires and install plugs to attach the wires to your new speakers. Feed the wires through the small hole in the door and plug into the speakers before you bolt the speakers down. Use the bolts provided in your kit. If you did not purchase the kit you will need to get the proper length bolts to fit.  When mounting your speakers, make sure they do not hit the door, glass or other moving parts. We have tested the mounts with a number of speakers and have not had any problems. However, as mentioned above, make sure to roll your windows down before you start the installation.  Be sure to test your speakers before installing the door panels.
